Youtube Mistake #3 – Skimping on the video description

Each YouTube video can be 5,000 characters long. This text is also indexed, so there are many opportunities to use words people search for. A little keyword research, like looking at Google’s suggestions or related search terms while you are searching, will give you lots of terms to use.

Make the description readable, compelling and engaging. Your description can be a mini-ad that accompanies the video’s message, perhaps a transcript of the speaker’s presentation, or more information
